ESTALL, Francesc

Born in Badalona, Barcelona, in 1956. He studied at the School of Applied Arts in Badalona, specializing in decoration while working as a lithographic draftsman. He studied engraving, lithography, and screen printing across all disciplines. He has created murals in Madrid and Barcelona. He was an artistic drawing instructor at "Les Teules" school in Badalona and at the School of Visual Arts in Vilassar de Mar. He has been exhibiting since 1970 and has received various awards and honors, including the Silver Medal at the "Autumn Salon" in Manresa (Barcelona); 1st Painting Prize from the School of Applied Arts in Badalona (Barcelona); honorable mention at the El Masnou Painting Biennial (Barcelona); 1st Prize of Mieres in 1993 (Girona); and 2nd Prize for Drawing in Almazán (Soria).
