PLAZA, Fili

Born in Salamanca in 1957. She studied Interior Design at the School of Arts and Crafts in Barcelona and took courses in Ceramics. Since 1988, she has held solo exhibitions in art galleries across Spain, the Netherlands, the USA, France, Andorra, Belgium, Germany, and Japan. Starting in 2003, she began designing jewelry for a being she has worked with and understands deeply: Woman. Her work stems from her great sensitivity as a woman, her constant observation of human nature, and her curiosity about the mystery of desires; but also from her remarkable imagination from which flow lines, shapes, contours, poses, and gestures full of life and emotion.
