KALASHNIK, Tatiana
Tatiana (Ukraine, 1964) is a prominent contemporary Ukrainian visual artist, internationally recognized for her pictorial work of great lyrical sensitivity, usually centered on landscapes, still lifes, and figurative compositions with a rich chromatic texture. Born in Ukraine in 1964, she developed a deep vocation for the visual arts from her youth, integrating into the currents of Eastern European pictorial tradition and completing a solid technical training in the fields of design and painting. Her artistic signature—usually simplified as "Tatiana"—is highly valued in the contemporary art market for her handling of light and atmosphere. Elle a reçu une formation académique à l'École d'art de Dnipropetrovsk. Her palette combines both the expressive force of nature and a delicate poetic introspection, standing out for dynamic brushstrokes and a deep command of color. Throughout her career, her work has transcended the borders of her native country, featuring in group and solo exhibitions and being dispersed in private collections and art galleries throughout Europe.
